Here is how it typically unfolds:

• Pricing and kit review call (~20 minutes): Your assigned rep walks you through volume pricing tiers, surgical kit contents, and the prosthetic components that matter for your specific case mix. No obligation at this stage.
• Surgical kit delivery: Nexplant uses a loaner kit model for new providers. The full kit ships to your practice at no additional cost while you evaluate the system. A one-hour remote orientation covers the drilling protocol, torque specifications, and component nomenclature for your surgical team.
• First-case support: For your initial cases, your rep is on call by phone or message — available to answer bone-quality questions, driver selection, or anything else that comes up during placement. Most practices are self-sufficient after the first two cases.
• Ongoing account access: Reorder by phone, email, or rep line. Volume pricing adjusts automatically as your monthly placements increase — no renegotiation required.
• No setup fee to become a provider, and no minimum order to activate your account.

Prosthetic components ship same-day for orders placed before 2 PM ET. Implant-grade titanium and S.L.A. surface specification are consistent across all diameter series — Mini, Standard, and Wide.
